DESCRIPTION
Grille 452 is a masonry wall grille with large V-blades and excellent water resistance (class A according to EN13030 up to 1.0 m/s).

L-shaped frame profiles made of extruded aluminum with a total height of 64 mm are mitered at an angle of 45 degrees and assembled by pressing them together with the help of brackets.

Aluminum slat holders are riveted to the perforated vertical frame profiles.
For widths greater than 700 mm, there is a perforated U-profile on which additional slat holders are mounted as reinforcement.

The slats made of extruded aluminum are clipped into the slat holders. The distance between the slats is 66 mm each. The slats are V-shaped, so that no view through is possible (high opacity).

On the back of the grille, a 6 x 6 mm 304 stainless steel anti-static mesh wire is stretched taut in the frame using a nylon cord.

The finishing can be done by anodizing (natural colors) or powder coating (all possible RAL colors).

The minimum dimensions are 305 x 305 mm (WxH)
For larger dimensions, several 452 grids can be coupled together on request.

Optionally, the grille is available with a flangeless frame.
A version for installation in window profiles is also available on request.

MATERIAL AND FINISHING
Slats and frame profile: extruded aluminum profiles AlMgSi 0.5 (according to EN 12020-2 and EN AW-6063)
Surface finish: natural color (E6/EV1) anodized (20 micron) or powder coated (60 - 70 micron) in all possible RAL colors
Insect or bird protection: standard anti-static 304 stainless steel mesh, 6 x 6 mm, tightened in the frame by means of a nylon cord.

ASSEMBLY
When mounting, the installation instructions must be observed. Use dowels and screws suitable for the type of wall and/or floor (not supplied).
Wall anchors No. 429 for fixing to the wall are included.
Note: For grids with an area greater than about 3 m⊃2; a rear support structure must be provided.

OPTIONS
- Water drain: Mounted under the lowest slat; provides better drainage of water. This water drain is made of aluminum AlMgSi 0.5 and is anodized or powder coated in the same way as the grille.
- Insect screen: antistatic 304 stainless steel, insect screen 2.3 x 2.3 mm or bird screen 10 x 10 mm.
- Removable insect screen: antistatic 304 stainless steel, insect screen 2.3 x 2.3 mm / mesh 6 x 6 mm / bird screen 10 x 10 mm with integrated water drainage
