Water repellent safety ventilation grille W475
Ventilation grille type 475 is a grille for wall installation with special water-repellent blades (class A up to 0 m/s according to EN13030:2011).
Description
Made of aluminum profiles: AlMgSi 0.5 (according to EN 12020-2)Surface finish: natural color (E6/EV1) anodized (20 microns) or powder coated in all RAL colors (60 - 80 microns)L-shaped frame profiles made of extruded aluminum with a total height of 64 mm are mitered at an angle of 45 degrees and assembled by pressing them together with the help of brackets. Aluminum slat holders are riveted to the perforated vertical frame profiles.Extruded aluminum slats are clipped into the slat holders. The distance between the slats is 75 mm each.
The slats are designed so that water can not stand, and thus less quickly get dirty.
With insect screen made of 304 stainless steel, 2.3×2.3 mm mesh (6×6 mm mesh on request), tightened in the frame by means of a nylon cord.
Standard design with water drainage channel at the bottom
Water tightness : the grille 475 has class A2 at an air velocity of 0 m/s, according to EN13030:2001.
