Lasercut (laser cutting) has been part of everyday life at rotec sheet metal processing for many years. Perforated sheets, checker plates and tear plates with large perforations as well as unusual hole patterns and lettering can be easily cut to your specifications on our laser systems.

Cuts, CNC guillotine shears

Sheet metal blanks with straight cutting lines are cut on the CNC-controlled impact shears at rotec.

The sheet metal shears from Stuttgart-based manufacturer Weinbrenner cut steel sheets and corrugated sheets up to a thickness of 10 mm and a length of 3000 mm.

We cut stainless steel sheets and tear plates on the guillotine shears up to 6.0 mm and a length of 3000 mm.

Aluminum sheet can be cut up to a thickness of 12 mm.

CNC bending, folding

As a full-service provider, bending and folding are among the most important components of our sheet metal processing. With our wide range of special bending tools, we are also able to carry out difficult bending work.

Among other things, checker plates and tear plates made of steel, stainless steel and aluminum with different structural heights can be folded.
